finding peace
peace is not something you find.
it is something you guard.
it lives in the way you wake up slowly.
in the way you choose silence over explanation.
in the way you stop answering what drains you.
your peace is sacred because it is where your magic lives.
not everyone deserves access to it.
not every conversation deserves your energy.
not every person deserves your presence.
there is a version of you that existed before the noise,
before the hurt,
before you felt the need to prove yourself.
that version is still there. waiting.
protect her.
you do not owe anyone chaos.
you do not owe anyone access.
you do not owe anyone a reaction.
you owe yourself gentleness, quiet, safety.
peace is a boundary you build with love.
sometimes protecting your peace looks like walking away.
sometimes it looks like saying no.
sometimes it looks like saying nothing at all.
and sometimes, it looks like choosing yourself
even when others don’t understand.
especially then.
because peace is not passive.
it is a decision.
a devotion.
a sacred promise you make to your own spirit:
I will not let anything disturb what I have healed.
protect your peace the way you would protect something holy.
because it is.
Love,
Lunah
